There's a part of embodying her that I don't think we talk about enough.

Integration doesn't always feel good. Sometimes you're doing the inner work. You're changing your habits. You're changing the way you think. You're trying to become more present. You're making different decisions. And instead of immediately feeling amazing, you feel like crap — emotionally, mentally, sometimes even physically.

And that's usually the moment when we start questioning everything. Maybe this isn't working. Maybe I should stop. Maybe I was better off where I was.

But becoming her isn't just deciding who you want to be. You have to integrate her. And integration can be uncomfortable because you're asking yourself to stop operating from patterns you've lived inside for years.

That's why we have to stop believing that discomfort automatically means we're going in the wrong direction. Sometimes you're simply in the middle. And the middle can be messy.

This is also where presence becomes so important.

We spend so much time imagining the life we're trying to create that we can completely miss the life happening right now. We want the future — the business, the freedom, the money, the soft life. But the opportunities that create that future don't arrive in the future. They arrive now. In an idea. In a moment you almost talked yourself out of. In a decision that scared you just enough to convince you to wait.

You don't know what could be on the other side of a thing you're afraid to do. But you'll never find out if you keep abandoning yourself every time it gets uncomfortable.

On the days when you genuinely don't feel good, embodying her doesn't mean forcing yourself to pretend that you do. Sometimes it looks much smaller than that.

Take the shower. Use the body oil. Put on the lotion. Drink the water. Turn your phone off for a minute. Take care of the body that's carrying you through this transformation.

That's why something as simple as a body care routine can matter. Not because a beautiful bottle of lotion is going to heal everything — but because caring for yourself while you're becoming yourself matters.

You don't have to transform your entire life today. Be here. Take care of yourself here. Notice what's being placed in front of you here. Then take the next step.

One day. One decision. One present moment at a time.

Because the woman you're becoming isn't waiting somewhere in the future.

You're integrating her right now.
