Let me ask you something.

You are doing shadow work. You are building a business. You are healing, creating, and showing up on platforms like Threads to be seen and to sell. You are carrying a lot.

And somewhere in the middle of all of that, when did you last actually tend to your body?

Not exercise. Not a supplement. I mean a real, intentional ritual. The kind where you slow down, put something in your hands, and spend a few minutes just being present with yourself.

I am a wealth identity coach. I work with spiritual women who are serious about turning their healing into income. And one of the patterns I see in women who are deep in the building phase is that the body gets put last.

The inner work gets attention. The business gets attention. The offers, the content, the strategy. All of it gets time.

And the body waits.

Here is what I want you to understand.

You are the vehicle. Everything you are building runs through you. Your nervous system, your skin, your lymphatic system, your capacity to think clearly and show up with presence. All of it is connected.

When you stop tending to the vessel, you start creating from depletion. And things built from depletion have a ceiling.

Self-care is not a reward you earn when you finally make it. Self-care is infrastructure. It is how you stay in the game long enough for the work to compound.

The product I am sharing below this post is M3 Naturals Anti-Cellulite Massage Oil. It is a collagen and plant stem cell body oil with grapeseed, eucalyptus, lemon, and grapefruit oils. Designed to support skin texture and circulation. You can use it with a dry brush or a lymphatic massage tool. Use it as the thing you do when you want to come back into your body after a long day of building.

It is not just about the skin. It is about the ritual. It is about choosing yourself consistently, even in small ways, even when the to-do list is long.

And that choice matters more than you think.

Because the woman who tends to herself consistently is practicing the same discipline that builds something real on Threads. The woman who creates a ritual and shows up for herself even when she does not feel like it, that is the same woman who posts even when engagement is slow. That is the same woman who builds the system before the results are visible.

Consistency in your body and consistency in your business come from the same place.

Tend both.

The link to the oil is below this post.

And if you are ready to build the content system I use to show up on Threads, create consistently, and sell without burning out, the next step is at embodyher.app/threads. Threads Code meets Threads Unleashed. The knowledge and the integration. It is all there.
